Freedom of Grace is a Christ-Centered, contemporary, non-denominational church. Our focus is Christ and how He has given the believer new life and an identity that can only be found in the personal and individual revelation of Him (Revelationship © 2016). It is in this awesome relationship with Christ that our members find the Grace to live a Godly life so entangled with Christ that it manifests freedom (freedom from sin, freedom from guilt, freedom from shame, and freedom from condemnation)! In like manner, this Grace empowers the believer to soar, rule and reign in life; Releasing and exciting their faith in the present and strengthening their hope for the future while propelling them forward to discover God's purposes and plans of good for their life.
PURPOSE
The aim of our ministry is to address the needs of the people in a practical manner. Through discipleship (making disciples) and a community oriented ministry, we are able to be a resource to our members and the community we serve (locally, nationally and worldwide).
IDENTITY
We are a community of believers blessed of God in every way (Spirit, Soul, and Body). We experience the whole of Christ's salvation and are carriers of His life. As a result we are complete, perfect and whole in Him! There is nothing missing, nothing lacking and nothing broken in our lives. We are empowered to prosper and have the authority to effect change in heaven and earth. We are led by God's Spirit; Therefore, we are sons of God, have an inheritance, and operate in the authority of sonship!
ACTION
We will be the hands and feet of Jesus, touching our community and demonstrating the Love and Grace of God in a tangible way. Accordingly, we will address the specific needs of individuals and families through frequent Church Services, Bible Studies, Intercessory Prayer, Counseling and Missions (locally, nationally and worldwide).
EFFECT
When we show up, Christ shows up. Therefore, God's love shows up, healing for the sick shows up, provision for the hungry shows up, freedom for the tormented shows up, and salvation for the lost shows up. We are channels of blessings for others! We are sowers! Therefore, we are abundantly supplied because God gives seed to the sower! Christ has freed us and we are free indeed! We live in and are active demonstrations of the freedom of God's grace!
ABOUT OUR PASTORS
Pastor Horace N. Forbes, II and First Lady Latoya Forbes
Pastor Horace N. Forbes II, a native of Atlanta, Georgia, has devoted his life to spreading the Gospel of Grace. As a Born Again, Spirit-Filled Believer, he answered God's call to pastor and teach the Good News of Jesus Christ both locally and globally.
In 2007, Horace joined New Creation Christian Fellowship, where God's call on his life was confirmed in 2008 when he was ordained as a Minister. He became Assistant Pastor in 2010 and was named Heir Apparent of the church in 2011. Seeking to deepen his knowledge, Horace enrolled in World Changers Bible College in 2013, graduating in 2015 with an Associate Degree in Christian Studies, achieving honors such as Summa Cum Laude, Valedictorian, and the Class Leadership Award. That same year, he completed the Pastoral Studies Program and contributed to the college's Task Force. Under the mentorship of Apostle Floyd Dautrieve, Horace served as Pastor of New Creation Christian Fellowship from June 2015 to July 2016, before resigning to establish Freedom of Grace Church, which officially opened its doors on September 17, 2016.
Horace and his wife, Latoya Lyonel Forbes, became members of New Creation Covenant Churches International in early 2017 and were formally inducted on May 21, 2017. They continue to be guided by the mentorship of Apostle Eddrick High and Pastor Faylonta High.
First Lady Latoya Forbes was born in Nassau, Bahamas, and is known as a prayer warrior and is known for her encouraging and uplifting spirit. She moved with her family to Miami, Florida, at age 10, and later to Atlanta, Georgia, at age 18, where she attended Clark Atlanta University. She later earned an Associate Degree in Computer Information Systems from Dekalb Technical Institute.
In January 2000, Latoya joined New Creation Christian Fellowship, where she was an active member of the Praise Team and a regular Bible Study teacher. Latoya and Pastor Horace were married in August 2007 and are proud parents to their daughter, Kennedi. Latoya was ordained as a minister in April 2010. In addition to her ministry work, she is an entrepreneur in the Real Estate Industry. She recently owned a franchise of Village Premier Collection (a real estate brokerage) in Stockbridge, GA). Additionally, she has served in Agent Leadership Council (ALC). She is currently working as a Realtor with HighStyle Realty and is serving in various leadership capacities with Women's Council of Realtors (WCR) .

The overall heartbeat of our ministry is to introduce people to the Freedom of God's Grace and to assist believers in growing and locating themselves in Christ through the Word of God. The purpose is to bring these individuals and families to the true understanding of God's purpose and plan for their lives (Jeremiah 29:11) - Transitioning them out of the world into the Kingdom of God through the practical application of the Word of God, through intimate relationship with God, through the knowledge of Jesus Christ and the leading of the Holy Spirit. Thereby transforming them into their divine purpose and the reality of God.
We Believe...
…after death, eternal life begins either in Heaven or Hell. Where you spend eternity is based on your decision to make Jesus Christ your Lord and Savior.
…in the indwelling and baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues.
…the Bible was written and inspired by God.
…in water baptism in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
…in giving alms to the poor, sick, homeless and others in despair.
…Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that He was crucified, died and was buried. On the third day, He rose from the dead and later ascended into Heaven, where He remains at the right Hand of God Almighty.
…that when the Rapture occurs, the dead in Christ will rise first, and then those who are alive and remain (those who have accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior) will be caught up to meet Him in the air.
…in divine healing—the restoration of health to those who believe in Christ and act on the truths written in God’s Word. We further believe that Jesus is our Healer and that with His stripes we are already healed.

…in God’s plan for human sexuality is best expressed with the covenant marriage relationship between Husband and Wife. Furthermore, we believe sex was created to be experienced within the marriage covenant relationship between one man and one woman.

...in receiving everyone that Christ sends to us and not rejecting any.
…tithes and offerings should be freely given to your local church. The local church is the place of membership where God has called you to receive His Word on a consistent basis and to grow spiritually.
